I have been told off my Gp I have an anal fistula, I have been itching for many months now in my bottom, been treated for piles and also worms, even though nothing was ever seen, Now been told I have a fistula, I struggle to see of course, but the itching is really bad, happens at random times of day and night, I am talking antiestimines, but it still is really bad, please any advice as this is not clearingup
