Ankle microfracture surgery - fell over and super worried now!

I had ankle microfracture surgery last Thursday and unfortunately last night when attempting to get up from climbing up the stairs, I lost my balance and ended up falling over.

I didn't actually put any weight on my ankle and managed to avoid this but in the process sort of had to twist it round to avoid touching the floor as I was already on my knees.

I am so worried and upset now that I have done further damage. I don't think there is any extra pain but I am just being paranoid. My ankle is tightly wrapped up in a bandage etc etc.

Any reassuring thoughts about this or even your experiences of ankle microfracture surgery would be much appreciated!!
