Hi, I'm a 19 year old female and recently I've noticed that there is something like a lump coming out of my anus, I had some blood in poop a few times, the lump doesn't itch but it kind of hurts when I touch it or wipe it with toilet paper, I've also noticed some digestive irregularities. I would really appreciate your help, thank you.

It sounds like a haemorrhoid.Do you strain when emptying your bowels? This is a common cause of haemorrhoids/piles.If you do then try to eat more fruit/veg/and wholewheat bread. Add some bran to your breakfast cereal. If this doesnt help you at all you need to see your doctor for help. At 19 you need to get this sorted before it becomes a bigger problem. Dont be embarrassed.
