Hi..I asked to be referred to the hospital after 30 years on Thyroxine because I had to alter it about every 8 week..had my appointment and consultant said basically..I am on enough Thyroxine and my body deals with it well but he has seen a pattern over a lot of blood tests that my pituatory gland result is far too high and this shouldnt be the case..I've had lots of bloods done and dependant on the results I might have to have xrays ..scans etc..I'm really worried.. does anyone have any idea what might be going.? thanks
