Anyone have biofeedback for pelvic floor dysfuntion?

Posted , 2 users are following.

Perfectly healthy, never missed a day without a bowel movement in 56 years.

Turns out weightlifting with a bad back injured my pelvic floor and I haven't had a bowel movement since which is near a year (only by water enema). PFD is paradoxical puborectalis, basically it tightens my rectum more when trying to go.

They are recommending biofeedback. Anyone have biofeedback for a pelvic floor problem?

Thanks!
