Anyone with secondary arthritis?

Hi..I have RA..my ankle has been swollen and painful for a couple of months now..it doesn't feel like RA..I had a similar event with my knee in January..it was drained and injected..fluid sent to the labs..result not RA..Physio-Rheumatologist at the time said he wonders if I have secondary Artheritis..Rheumatology appointment in two weeks..anyone else had an experience like this?
