Bicsiud heart valve, when will they operate

    What size is your aneurysm? Mine is 4.7 cm. I also have a bicuspid valve and was told when it reaches 5 cm they will operate.

      Hello it's 4.5 , but I am having chest pains nothing Like heart attacks but usual chest pains , and out of breath I have a mancanical heart valve replacement 10 yrs ago ,

    No one here can answer that, only your cardiac surgeon can advise you when it may be needed.
