i had unprotected sex about a month experienced a burning sensation in my urethra and groin also some chest pain and muscle aches and flu like symptoms and as of the beginning of this month i experienced the things in the pics i never had any clusters of sores on my penis or anything like that so is this herpes or something else entirely?

You should get a blood test . The one on the genital is hard to tell . Have you ever gotten what you've gotten in your mouth or is this the first time?
