arm pain

I have had terrible continuous pain in the top of my right arm for nearly three months now and getting worse, plus horrible cracking crunching noises in my shoulder – but that's not where the pain is, the pain is lower down. My GP says I have strained a biceps muscle – but I wonder if it could be arthritis in my shoulder? I do have arthritis in my wrist and neck.

see treatment for your shoulder from a joint orthopedic specialist. treatment my include keeping the arm in a sling a special type sling . so very important to get it sorted out now get a xray to classify the type of injury .

For now sling to take the weight off the joint, rest and ice until healing begins and shoulder movement and pain improves.
