At last the cloud has lifted

hi every one

at last the cloud has lifted on the shoulder pain. first was a left hand frozen. then we moved onto a right hand frozen. dismissed by everyone.

had a subacromial decompression done to the right shoulder and while under anastetic it was found to be frozen right side as well. now post 10 days operation and right shoulder seems pain free at the moment just blooming sore.

actually have not moved it past my shoulder height yet. passive exercise only

seeing surgeon in 10 days stitches out. then down gym to rebuild muscle and swim.

lets see how i now recover. still muted another hydro dialation on the right as a precaution .

time will tell.
