ATHLETE FOOT: i would like to know if it smells and if it also is hereditary?

Kindly let me know if the sore smells and if it is hereditary. when cleaning, can the foot be soaked in hotwater and leaned with menthylated spirit after drying?

    Yes, the athlete's foot fungus smells. It is highly contageous so everyone is at risk. Aloe Vera gel, from the plant, when slathered on the area very genrously kills the fungus, heals the sores as well as prevents it from spreading. Give it several days to heal and continue to use the gel to prevent any flare ups. Take preventative measures to ensure your are not creating the problem. This is not convemtional treatment but it does work well. For conventional treatments check The Mayo Clinic website.

    It is not hereditary. Soaking your feet in hot water with salt can help ease the itchiness, Do this before you apply any medication.
