Barretts and CT Scan.

Can some help me translate please. I've recently had a CT scan to check the barretts and esoghaus and the doctor said the liver was clear and there was No nastys in the esopghuas and the CT scan was all clear and most things came back as unremarkable. It show one or two raised nodes which worries me but I got the all clear.

But I don't understand what this means.

  1. Some Pleural right upper lobe atelectasis and minor bileatral to the lungs.

A baggy appearance to both native distal ureters of transplant kidney (I had a transplant) I don't understand these wordings.
