Bartholin cyst after care, waxing and sitz baths

hello, after my 5th flare up of a barth cyst i finally had a balloon catheter fitted . I had it taken out yesterday after 2 weeks however havent really been given much after care advice. One dr did mention waxing down there is better for reducing abscesses rather than shaving however i forgot to ask how long after having the catheter removed can i go and get a wax, she said theres a 'hole' so i dont want to irritate it. Also I bought a sitz bath but dont know what to put in it as ive read different things! Pls help!! Also any other after care would be so great! Thankyou
