Bartholin cyst, four surgeries, bad granulation tissue, and constant discharge.

I will try and make this short. Three years ago i have a bartholin cyst. i went to the hospital to try and get it drained, it wouldn't. Luckily it did a few days later. Then I had bad granulation tissue from the surgery that had pus and bled. I had a second surgery with the catheter and also the bad tissue removed. Basically nothing happened. I just has more bad tissue after, and constant puss and blood coming from the hole the catheter made. Then I went and got the laser surgery in cali, and also the tissue removed. nothing changed. Just last week had more of the tissue removed. i Still have a discharge from the catheter opening. so lost and do not know what to do. Its been years. Please any advice. i have tried sitz baths and antibiotics.
