Best overactive bladder medicine

Hi

I got a whole host of problems and i am already on a lot medicines, including Immunosuppressants, i also got bad fluctuating blood pressure which causes headaches and dizzy spells.

My urologist is suggesting tablets for an over active bladder but they all got bad side affects, so my question is, what was the best one in peoples opinion with the lowest side effects, most acceptable ones? Oxybutynin,Tolterodine,Solifenacin ,Trospium
