Bleeding after sex

Hey everyone, I am new to this page and just looking for some advice.

My periods are quite irregular, i seem to get light bleeding for a week at the start of the month and then my period comes heavier in the middle of the month.

I have started trying to track my ovulation as i am trying for a baby however, i have been testing for 2 months now and not had one positive ovulation result.

Also, The last couple of times i have had sex i seem to bleed during it and its making me worried.

I am up to date with my smear tests and in November i recently got a procedure done which checked my Cervix and everything came back normal.

I have phoned the doctor again, however they don't seem very bothered and suggested i could get bloods done.

Does anyone else know if this is normal?
