Blood in eyes

Hello

I have for a while blood in eyes but it's small amount that stayed with me for a long time but I wanna remove this because I changing career and of course on a job interview I wanna good present myself.

Can you tell me what I can do to fix this? My doctor from GP that this is permanent but I don't trust him.

I even wanted to know myself why I have this but I have no clue and GP didn't even bother to find out why I have this.
