Blood in the stools since last 4 months

Sort of diagnosed with Crohn .The specialist is not sure yet.Had a colonoscopy and it showed mild inflammation .The major symptoms have been blood in the stools since 4 months and growling in the stomach.The only time there was no blood was 2 weeks after colonoscopy but started again even after taking Pentasa.Has anyone had similar experience of no diarrhoea but only blood in the stools.

Quite new to all this .Please let me know how difficult is to get the diagnosis.
