Blood in underwear after cystosopy

Hello.

I just had my first cystoscopy yesterday, today I'm feeling kinda ok, only some burning when urinate, but I keep seeing bright pure red blood ( not a stain from bloody urine, it's like new fresh bloods ) on my underwear, after procedure, it's not much, but I had to use pantyliners , yesterday after the procedure was done, the nurse only told me my urine would be pink and burning for few days. So is it normal to have blood drops on underwear like that?
