blood test results help please

Had my blood test results back but have no idea what they mean, if anybody could help me please to understand them I would be grateful

Serum follicle stimulating hormone level 57.6 IU/L; Female Serum FSH Reference Ranges:

Follicular 3.03 - 8.08 IU/L

Ovulatory 2.55 - 16.69 IU/L

Luteal 1.38 - 5.47 IU/L

Postmenopausal 26.7 - 133.4 IU/L

Serum LH level 23.7 IU/L; Serum LH Reference Ranges:

Menstruating Females Follicular phase 1.8 - 11.8 IU/L

Ovulation phase 7.6 - 89.1 IU/L

Luteal phase 0.56 - 14.0 IU/L

Post-menopausal Females 5.2 - 62.0 IU/L
