Botox - Is it dangerous?

I will be doing scalp botox for hair loss. I have never had botox in my life. Some things I have read recently, have left me worried.

I've read that botox can move down into other unintended areas of the body, such as eyebrows, eyelids, eyes, and throat. When it moves to the eyes it can cause a droopy look and when it goes to the throat difficulty swallowing. I have even read it can cause difficulty breathing. Some extreme cases even mention that being unable to eat, people are placed on feeding tubes.

This has left me really worried.
