Brain Zaps without withdrawing from Duloxetine, Adverse Reactions

Posted , 1 user is following.

Hi, I have been taking this Duloxetine antidepressant for around 8 months I started on 30mg and was moved to 60mg after some time to help with increased anxiety, I have definitely felt better. Over the last couple of months my life has changed drastically, my brain zaps are so bad that I end up having to stay in bed to get some sort of relief. I am not the same person I was , my anxiety and moods are next level to the point of feeling absolutely hopeless. I saw my GP who decided I needed to increase my dose, that has made my life 10x worse, the brain zaps are so debilitating I can not work or function. Today I was told they will taper me off them, I am extremely nervous as I have read of others reactions but I have no choice, I feel like I have lost my life, hoping there is a light at the end of this nightmare.
