Breasts purple

hi im new here i recently got referred to the breast clinic and found a lump in my left breast and said it looks hormonal my breasts have pulled colour to them more my left that my right no1 has seen this before the consultant was even a bit shocked 😲 and what's to see me again in 4 weeks and maybe have a mri I've googled to see if I can find something similar to mine and I can't find anything at all that looks even a smidge like mine I have no pain at all and they are quite bit I'm 5ft1 and they are 38G
