Bruising on arms keeps appearing

I have been noticing over the last few months that I have been getting speckled bruising on different parts of my arms on and off, mostly the upper part but today I noticed a large area under my armpit and down my side that showed up. This one looks like road rash from a far. Slightly sensitive but it's for the most part painless. Could this be from me unknowingly laying on my arm at night or should I be more concerned?
