Bulky Pancreas

After having an US to investige lower back pain and side left flank pain (3 months without any sign of going away), my doctor recommended an ulstrasound of the adomen. This showed a bulky tail of the pancreas but no mass.

It was recommended to have an MRI of the pancreas to just double check. So I had this today and half way through the scan they said the Dr would like for contrast to be administered to get more information. I don't know the results yet but of course I am panicing a little as the contrast was needed.

Has anyone been through something similar? The pancreas issue is not due to the back pain apparently, so it was a bit of an incidental find.
