Bumps, lines or fissures on the penis head?

Since the age of 12 or so, I've had these things which look like bumps on the front of my penis head. They aren't uncomfortable or painful at all, but I've had irritation in that area while/after masturbating, and the sensitivity is greatly reduced in that area as well. I'm also uncircumcised, if that helps.

  • What's the nature of this phenomenon?
  • What's the likely cause(s)?
  • Is this treatable or curable?
  • If so, how?
