Burning Pain around vulva entry. Did all the exams, but have no money for specialist doctor.

Hello Guys, I'm 22 year old Female and I struggle with burning pain around vulva entry for past 2 years and random spasms on bladder that make me go to bathroom each time to release it. I Don't know what it could be and how I can fix it. I was trying to find something on forums but there is so many things it could be I still have no idea.

I did Stds, pee and blood exams, and EKG but nothing came out of it, so I got referral to specialized urology doctor that I can't afford. This discomfortable pain stops me from living me life, and doing anything, I can't go on any holidays without fear of getting the pain and not being to able to do any activities because of this. My sexual drive is non existent and I can't go to normal job.

Is there any way I can fight with it at home?

I've tried doing stretching and strengthening exercises at home, but I don't feel like they help. I'm not very active person but I go to the gym 3 times a week doing strength exercises.
