Burning sensation in Hands

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has ever experienced a burning sensation around the top of their hands, like pins and needles? Iv had many different trials of medication over the last 4 years and have felt my best since iv been on biologics and Hydroxychloroquine now for around 18 months, it's just iv had this continual feeling on the back of my hands for the last 2 days just wondered if anyone else has experienced it?
