Can anyone help me decipher these results?

Medical background

  • Generally unwell for a number of years - symptoms dissapear then reappear
  • fatigue
  • rash (skin coloured but rough patches on arms/torso/back)
  • chest pain
  • recurrent kidney issues
  • painful joints
  • headaches
  • susceptible to infections such as colds etc
  • mouth sores
  • recurrent sore throat
  • achy lympth nodes and sore glands

lately i was in hospital due to blood, protein and WBC in my urine. high heart rate and slight temperature. had a lot of tests done and apparently all normal so no closer to why im always unwell.

results on discharge:

wcc: 4,000

Ne: 7,400

HB: 150

eGFR: >90

CRP <4

when i first arrived at hospital my wcc was 9.1 but this wasnt enough to be an infection

any ideas if these results are normal or thoughts on why i continue to have something wrong all the time and so many random symptoms
