Can anyone recommend a good hyperparathyroidism surgeon

hi. i was treated for this in 2014 for hyperparathyroidism after many years of bring unwell and misdiagnosed. where they found a parathyroid cyst of 5cm. i pleaded with them to look at all 4 glands but they would not. i have been getting worse over the last few years and now very unwell. my pth was 14.4 last week. waiting for nhs referal, but feel i need this done quickly and properly. the surgery will be more complicated as there is now previous scar tissue, im looking to go privately and am contemplating going to tampa, to the norman parathyroid centre. please id love to hear from anyone who has had surgery there or can anyone recommend an expert uk surgeon. id really appreciate any help.
