Can anyone recommend a private complete mineral blood test place

I have been on some medication recently, I have finished it now, but I feel its knocked crap out of my system, so I want to get a full screening of minerals in my blood, to see if anything is low, as having some issues, my NHS GP won't screen, merely saying lets see if the symptoms go away, so I am just going to go private.

Can anyone recommend a place, which can do this.
