PIP in itself isn't means tested. UC is and this will include all savings, in all of your bank acccounts, including the savings you have from your PIP.

For every £250 or part there of over £6,000 there's a £4.35 per month deduction. Savings of more than £16,000 means you're not entitled to any means tested benefits. As it's means tested, if you live with a partner you claim as a couple and both of your circumstances will be taken into consideration.

Whether you're entitled to any UC will depend on your circumstances.

If you claim you will need to declare all of your savings/capital. Use a benefits calculator to check entitlement. Or speak to an advice agency near you for a full benefits check.
