Can I have healthy eggs for IVF if my ovaries stopped working when I was a child?

I have a rare condition called pure gonadal dysgenesis. I found out at age 17 that i only have 1 ovary, which is underdeveloped as it stopped working when i was 5. Nearly approaching the age of 30, I am now starting to think about having children. Is it at all possible that I could have healthy eggs that could be taken from my ovary? I have been on HRT since I was 17, when I was diagnosed with my condition.
