Can someone please help me , i’ve been depressed for months

I have this lump on vag opening .. it doesnt burn when i pee .. but it sometimes sting/tingles .. please if anyone knows

VERY hard to tell anything from the photo, its magnified dark and blurry but i dont see anything abnormal. See your local GP for the best advice or try taking better photos if you want another opinion here. Best of luck!
