Can someone tell me if cold leg and foot is normal with ankylosing spondylitis

i have Been having a flare up for 3 weeks now in my sacriollic joints. doc said I have sacroilllitis so have been on steroids for a week but I keep getting a cold leg goes from my thigh to my foot its really annoying me I can deal with the aches and pains but I'm worried about the cold sensation in leg and foot the leg and foot are not cold to touch its just a sensation. I've tried looking on Internet but can't see too much of this linked with this so I'm wondering if anyone else has this?
