Cellulitis almost gone,but now I have a bump under my skin in the same area

Went to the dr. Last Tuesday and he said cellulitis is healing,but also gave me a 3rd round of antibiotics (Bactrim 800mg) today is my last dose,but I feel a large bump under my skin in the same area, it’s not hard kind of soft and a little warm to the touch nothing major,skin in the area is looking a little dark is all this normal with cellulitis or should I put a call into the dr. Also no pain walking or to the touch. Someone please give me some answers it’s driving me crazy.
