Cervical Stenosis

Help someone,

I have Lumber Stenosis at L4 and L5 and waiting to do a decompression operation but now I'm having pain in my neck shoulder and chest I'm so scare I'm going to end up in a wheelchair or worse bedridden.

I don't sleep at night , I did an x-ray on my neck and waiting on the results but the doctor already said I have a bit of Stenosis in my neck.

Can someone please let me know how bad this is because it is so painful and stressful living with cervical and lumber Stenosis.
