have been put on elleste duet conti as im 55 and having very painful periods. dr seems to think this will stop them. Have struggled with this change in hrt for 2 months now but symptoms are starting to settle. I have now been given Kliofem as my pharmacist cant get elleste...... but am worried that it will increase my symptoms. They changed my hrt manufaturers before and it all went very wrong. mood swings, sweats, mind fog etc. Apparently i am very sensative to the changes.... so my dr told me! Do I take the Kliofem or try and find elleste..... or are they just the same thing? Any advice very welcome. help!
