Whenever I use my arm for anything, my pectoralis major muscles in my chest start to become tight and sore. Even using computers has become tough, because holding up my arm to use the mouse or to type causes pain in my chest muscles. It sometimes causes heart palpitations too, is this Costochondritis that I'm dealing with?
