Codeine phosphate 30mg

Hi I've been addicted to codeine for 12 years I normally only take about 150 mg twice a day but today I over done it a bit I've taken about 690mg not all at once but over the course of 13 hours I feel fine normal like I would if I'd taken the smaller dose I normally take two paracetamol with the 150mg dose to double the effect but I haven't today I've just been taking codeine on its own all day! I'm a bit worried of I got to sleep I won't wake up I know I have a high tolerance to codeine so I woundered of someone could reassure me am I ok to go to sleep I feel fine exactly how I normally feel euphoric!
