Cold turkey on reletrans

i've been on reletrans 40mg,tramadol 80 mg,ibuprofen as and when mainly 6 tablets and blood pressure tablets.i've gone coldturkey on the reletrans and its hell,headache migraine level,gutache all day,mood swings,anxiety,extreme nausea,i'm gradually reducing the tramadol buti have been on them 10 years for fybromyalgia.my pain was starting to get worse even with all the meds,do not get hooked on the painkillers they are a demon.i've had fybromyalgia for 25 years.try any natural method first and dont get hooked on them like i did theyve done nothing but make my life hell!
