Hi my name is machaela, I have recently started to detox of pregabalin 1 take 3×75g a day. Struggling not sleeping body is all over the place and very irratable not in pain as such but cannot settle, does anyone have any suggestions on the sleeping problem xx

I have come of Pregabalin myself in the past. Have you looked at taking a supplement. Hollland and Barrett maybe able to advise on something.
