Coming off sertraline

im on my 2nd day of not taking my sertraline. i was on 50mg for just under 3 weeks but for over a week of that time i cut my dosage to 25mg because of horrible side effects that really affected my daily life. i know ill get some effects from stopping but i was wondering if people could share some withdrawal side effects theyve had. i still feel lightheaded but not as bad as when i was taking the sertraline. my appetite has started to improve and my digestive issues seem to be ok for now. however I've noticed today that my face feels warm and when i look in the mirror my cheeks are really red. it also feels as though something is stuck in my throat and i feel i need to swallow all the time, and i also have slight nausea which i expected. but does anyone know if the red cheeks and throat thing are anxiety related or withdrawal related?
