Coming off Trazadone after 15 years.

I stopped unintentionally and after a week of not feeling too bad, I thought I'd carry on. I've only been taking one a night, sometimes missing a couple of nights. Is it normal to have a raw feeling stomach and noise in your ears as though you've been listening to loud music. How long could this last and should I start taking them again and wean off gradually? I've been off them for 3 weeks . Thank you in advance .
