I have had an mri scan and a CT scan all of which came back clear I'm now at my wits end!! I get hot really easily and it makes

My head throb, I sweat more often and the tension

In my neck is unbelievable! Can anyone suggest anything else to try??? My migraines have visual aura so more frequent than not I have visual oroblems too where I can't focus and require more concentration....help???

Sorry to hear about your migraine pain. I have had migraines every since 11, well correction I started out with headaches which turned into migraines. I have took every medicine under the sun and nothing has helped. One doctor recommended botox injections so have a lot of people on this group chat. I hope you get relief soon. Good luck to you.

Where is your facial pain. I have Atipical Ondontalgia which is fantom tooth ache, constantly all day long everyday and havent had a med yet that has touched the pain at all. Have had it for about 10yrs now, its just like having toothache all the time. Had Radiofrequency carried out on it, a few years ago, but the wrong nerve was burned off as there are 3 nerves in the face, lower jaw upper jaw and nerve to the eye, my pain is in my upper gum area, the lower jaw nerve was burned off instead, so that didnt help and the risk of having it redone is if the eye nerve is hit it can lead to blindness, so I dont think its worth that risk. My GP told me 'ah it will go as quick as it came oneday' brilliant, I dont think.

Hi, mine starts with toothache, upper jaw, then moves to bottom teeth daily, I know then to take Triptan, if I don't progresses to all left side face, eyes, forehead, and boom migraine.

my GP, Specialist have not named my symptons only migraine, and medication overuse.

Hi, have you been to see a physio, I go and get work done on my neck because I problems with my C2 and C3 Vertebrae, I too am being treated for migraines and so so very sick of taking medications and not getting anywhere so I am now looking at a different type of headache (self diagnosis)  with the same symptoms as migraine called Cervegenic headaches and seeing a physio until I see a neurologist in December. I am sure they will disagree with me though.  The medication I take are called Topiramate, horrible side affects and cannot wait to try something else.  have a look at C1 C2 headaches.  Goodluck

Hi thank you for the reply I am willing to look into anything at the moment! I have recently contacted a clinic about migraine massage therapy and he suggested to work on the neck! I will also look into the type of headaches you suggested! Now it's been two years it's seems no doctor or consultant wants to know anymore at its so frustrating

I had similar facial and neck pains and had migraines from a very young age. I finally had migraine decompression surgery st she 45 in Betlin and my migraines, facial and neck pain are completely gone. I went care of the migraine surgery centre in London (if you google it, you will find their web page). It has completely transformed my life. Pre surgery I had twenty days of migraine and near constant facial pain and neck kept popping out of alignment etc. Good luck
