Horse farm and frozen shoulder

Do any of you ride horses.  I have a horse farm and just had surgery today for a frozen shoulder .  Hurt it 8 months ago and finally became unbearable.  I have ridden and trained horses almost everyday for over 20 year.  I had quit starting horses this year because of joint problems and just did riding lessons. Then this happened .  Does anyone know hiw long it takes to be able to lift 50 lb bags of feed, handle horses, and ride them again?

today I had MUA, arthritis and bone spur removal, and Rotator tear cleaned up.  Physical therapy starts tomorrow.  just wanted to see if anyone had this that rode horses all of the time and what to expect.
