Had surgery feb 4th for ces and my back started throbbing again recently is it possible the discs bulged again ..please help feels like I'm losing my mind that this pain has started again

    Sometime it can be damaged nerves in your back, it can take time to settle down. You still should get it checked our...I had surgery back in 2013 and I now have pain and numbness down my right side. I've also been told that I might have cysists in my thrasic of my back. Just had MRI scan of my hole back and going for a CT scan next week, I wish this was all over as it's been a nightmere mere.

    You never get rid of the back pain. As u never had full compression u might be lucky.

      I had discussed compression at L4 and L5 I lost the use of my right leg below the knee and water works. I was rushed in for a emergency operation in 2013. So I no what pain is fella.

    If it's hurting that severely, perhaps you should have it checked. 

    I read you surgery history the past year and if you haven't already and it's still hurting that bad go to the ER.

    Better safe, than sorry.

      I've been through the wringer and could give you some really great advice but you're best off to inbox me as there's no open freedom of speech on this site and as I was reading the fine print I can't really openly share what truly helped me and hurt me lest the moderator delete my post.

      Spinal cord injury is very frustrating. I'm 3 years in and just got an appropriate explanation as to why I'm in the kind of pain I am (FYI, that explanation was not provided by a surgeon).

      Like I said, inbox me. There's not a specialist I haven't sought out, med I haven't tried, surgical intervention attempted, you name it, I chased it and we threw thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars down on treatments, exhausted all avenues.

      I've learned so very much which I'm happy to share.
