how do i broach this?

Hi, I've finally after years of asking got the support I need for an assault and separately an aggravated rape. How do I broach this subject or do I allow the counsellor to lead what happens. Tried to get help last year but CBT counsellor pulled out, am frightened the same will happen again but my doctor just doesn't care less now! Please advise I'm now 42. This happened 1st when I was 19, secondly when I was 25.

    If your doctor does not care, they have forgotten their Hippocratic Oath; time to move on and find another doctor that is truly concerned for you? I think? Remember the Warrior that you are. Keep seeking another doctor.

      Hi Louise, sorry I've not spoken for so long being keeping out everyone's way as I feel unworthy to speak to anyone.  You're the only person who makes any sense, I have done what you have said, wish me luck and good luck to you too!

      Hi Louise, quick update - I've swapped doctors, let's see if they help instead!
