I been living with multiple mysterious symptoms for a while. Help

The symptoms I am experiencing are

    - Cloudy, fishy urine

    - Dry mouth

    - Diarrhea, gas, when wearing clothing over waist

    - Lower legs ache when running

    - Pelvis clicks,pops when I lift my legs

    - Lower back pain, slump after standing for a while

    - Easily sweat when excercising

    It could be a vitamine defficency. A simple blood test can help. Vit D, B3,6, & 12 all can have the symptoms you describe if your low in any or a number of vitamins.

    Visit laboratory for :

    check blood sugar,

    urine analysis, stool analysis.

    and CBC .

    this will help so much for diagnosis
