I'm on the second round of antibiotics and still small pains in the same area as before. How long do these pains last?

    Just be mindful you have to watch what you eat. Small seeds and food can get caught in the dv and cause infection that can cause perforated dv leading to abscesses. My mum had this so might be Worth your information

      No seeds like seeded buns bread, strawberries kiwi etc. Keep hydrated and keep up fibers like weetabix jucices etc. Don't allow to get constipated as this can create pressure on the sigmoid etc. No peels or skins. Chew your food well and if you have any pains in the tummy area get checked out. A infection of a dv can lead to perforations and absess. Dv is common over 50 and in itself posses no cancer risk
